VMG 53
A performance cruising trimaran for VMG, styled by Christophe Chedal Anglay. Laminar Studios handled the interior design development and production engineering, turning the styling concept into a lightweight interior and the drawings to build it.

Designed By Sailors
Jay founded Laminar Studios in 2024 after a career as a delivery captain covering over 50,000 nautical miles, including five Atlantic crossings. Specialising in high performance multihulls, Jay has gained a unique insight into the ergonomics of life onboard. This directly translates into Laminar Studios design philosophies of simplistic, sustainable and ergonomic design.
The studio is based in the United Kingdom and works with designers and yards internationally.
